Handmade paper grids that define a space with texture, light diffusion, and movement. They can be hung independently or in groupings from the ceiling or on a wall. They are beautiful window treatments as well as room dividers.
Gliders are approximately 20″ square and 2″ deep. They are made from combinations of flax, cotton rag, abaca, iris and lily leaves suspended on a grid of cotton or linen fiber. They come in black, shades of white and pigmented colors with the addition of various inclusions. The images above show the addition of dyed raffia.
